1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All original accessories, manuals, and parts are included.
  • The item is not listed under non-returnable items (see Section 4).

2. Return Process

  2. Approval & Instructions – If eligible, we will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
  3. Ship the Item – You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Refund – Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival).
  • Personal care products (due to hygiene reasons).
  • Digital products or gift cards.
  • Items marked as final sale.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, and you must follow the return process.
